# Disclosure This wording is normative. The NOT ME standard only means something if everyone discloses the same thing, so translate it but do not reword it. There are two openings, one per tier, because they state different facts about the channel. Send the Tier 2 opening where the operator can read the plaintext, and the Tier 1 opening where the channel is end-to-end encrypted through a client the operator controls. `operating-rules.md` says which channel is which. Everything after the opening is the same on both. Replace `` with the account owner's name and `` with their Signal handle. Slovak inflects names, so the Slovak strings need three forms of the same name.
